Day 6

*We left Hahei early, gathering up our traveled selves, and headed back to where our journey began: to pick up Dr. Jess from the Auckland airport. Our trip to the airport was uneventful, although we had to travel the same winding road we took towards the coast. When we pulled up to the arrivals terminal we felt accomplished in our journey and discovered that we had successfully logged ~1050 km.
